Transaction Failed : If you encountered a transaction failure while using RocksPay App.
Transaction Pending : When a transaction is marked as "Pending," it means that the transaction has been initiated but has not yet been completed.
Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly billed or charged for a transaction, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team to report.
2. Non-Eligibility for Refund:
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
Completed Transaction : When a transaction is marked as "Sucess" it means that the transaction has been Completed that means rockspay not able to refund on any sucessfull transaction.
Unauthorized Access : If unauthorized Activity from your Account And did A Any transaction From your Account then you are not eligible for claim the refund
3. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund,

Provide your transaction details, including the date of purchase, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
Our customer support team will review your request and respond to you in a timely manner.
4. Refund Processing:
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Please allow 30-45 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
